Objective: To improve skills and competencies

To improve the quality of work related skills available within the business or community. The importance of upskilling the workforce is well known and ICT can help in this. This Objective covers improving any skill or knowledge that people may need in their working environment. It does not include general schol level education or the special support training needed by vulnarable groups to help them overcome their particular disadvantages.
